• APURE is signatory of the Letter of MER - Mouvement Européen de la Ruralité – and still develops its partnerships with numerous international nets (ASTER, ECOVAST, LEADER, REDE, EUROMONTANA, RURAL UNIVERSITY OF THE INDIAN OCEAN (Reunion Island), RURAL UNIVERSITY OF THE QUEBEC (Canada), etc.);

• APURE is signatory of the "Appeal of Syracuse" for the Local Development;
  
  
• APURE is responsible for European studies and programs;
  
  
• APURE also participates with different partners in the organisation of European and International meetings and seminars;
  
  
• APURE was co-founder, within PRELUDE, of the "Chaire International Développement Durable" of UNESCO.
